Flow testing / Pressure Drop testing after fusion bonding by using gas flow meter or liquid flow meter. 
Leak test with Helium pressure calibrator or Helium Sniffing test (10-7 atm.cc/sec) / leak Vacuum test (10-12 atm.cc/sec).
